Create Your Own Monsters!

Create a Monster HD is a super fun app that will never lose its special touch, since there are nearly endless possibilities!  You are greeted with a blank canvas once you’re ready to get started, and you begin by tapping one of the icons on the very bottom of the screen.  (You need to double tap.)  Then, different body parts will show up in the bar directly above where you just tapped, and each icon brings up a different set of body parts.  (For example: eyes, noses, ears, etc.)

Build and Share Easily!

Just go wild and make your monster!  Choose from 12 different colors for some body parts, and emailing your creation, sharing it on Facebook, or Tweeting it out is just a button touch away!  This app really is entertaining, and the artwork is awesome.  Below you can see one of my very own creations – the geek chic alien.  This took me only a couple of minutes, so imagine what your kid could get done!

Who’s Behind Autism Plugged In?

My name is Jack Kieffer and I'm a blogger sharing my love of technology at blogs like Cool Gizmo Toys, Greenamajigger, and here at Autism Plugged In where I'm trying to make a difference in the lives of children with autism.

Several years ago, I began volunteering with special needs kids, who gave me much joy and an appreciation for life. This blog is my way of giving back. Any proceeds from this effort are used to support my friends with autism. Read more about Jack or connect with him on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
