autism scholarships

I’d like to thank all of the API subscribers, app developers, friends, and family who have contributed to our 5K efforts for OAR’s autism scholarships fundraiser – with your help, we have already raised over $13,000!

Incredible!

YOU Can Help Give Scholarships to Ten Kids on the Autism Spectrum!

Today’s the Day!

If every Autism Plugged In newsletter subscriber donates $10 today, Wednesday (April 10th), we can raise an additional $13,000!  How incredible would that be for our community?!

I really do encourage everyone to participate, and to remember that every dollar really does count!  If you can’t afford to give $10 on the 10th, that’s okay!  Just give what you can, and I’m sure we’ll meet our goal of $30,000 before the deadline of April 28th.

Friends – I hope that we can all pull together today – Thursday, April 10th, and make a difference.  $10 is all it takes, but we really need everyone to participate!

Invite your friends and family to participate — Help Us Send 10 Kids on the Autism Spectrum to College or Vocational Training!

Thanks again for being an awesome group, and I hope that Autism Plugged In has helped you in some way as you traverse this crazy world of apps and technology!

Who’s Behind Autism Plugged In?

My name is Jack Kieffer and I'm a blogger sharing my love of technology at blogs like Cool Gizmo Toys, Greenamajigger, and here at Autism Plugged In where I'm trying to make a difference in the lives of children with autism.

Several years ago, I began volunteering with special needs kids, who gave me much joy and an appreciation for life. This blog is my way of giving back. Any proceeds from this effort are used to support my friends with autism. Read more about Jack or connect with him on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
