Kid-Friendly / Earth-Friendly iPad Case
As more and more kids with special needs are being given iPads, that revolutionary device that we like to make a hooplah about here on API — more and more kids need cases that are fun, protective, and edible. (Not edible as in “the manufacturer recommends that you eat this,” edible as in “some kids are going to eat it whether it is toxic or not so it’s best just to make the cases kid-safe.”)
If you are one of the several people who have sent me emails about kids eating the Griffin Survivor Case, I’ve found a wonderfully fun replacement for you – the iPadding “Gremlin” by Ndevr Corporation!
BUY at Amazon
This cute case has two little horns that resemble ears, and there is a space in one of them so that kids can hear the iPad’s sound just as loud as if it weren’t in the case – even a bit louder. Great for watching videos while using the “tail” stand!
The “Gremlin” also comes with a pair of adorable arms that are made of a soft, yet durable foam that kids will have a blast holding onto!
Even better is the tail that sticks out of the back of Ndevr’s creation. Twist it around to adjust the height of the case, since the tail acts as a stand. You can also choose to pop it out if you aren’t using it at the moment!
This awesome case retails on Amazon at $39.95, but we have generously been donated one of these by Ndevr, and we’re excited to be running a giveaway of a red Gremlin case!
